RECIPE OF MANCHURIAN

Manchurian ball, Gravy, Dry,



INGRIDENT                                                   QUANTITY

1. CARROT
2. CABBAGE
3. SPRING ONION
4. CAPSICUM
5. SOYA SAUCE
6. VINEGAR
7. TOMATO SAUCE
8. RED CHILLI SAUCE
9. GREEN CHILLI SAUCE
10. CORN FLOUR
11. WATER
12. SALT AND PEPPER
13. FLOUR
14. ONION
15. GREEN CHILLI
16. GINGER
17. GARLIC
18. POTATO(MESS)

METHOD

Preparation 

1. Carrot, Cabbage, Capsicum, Spring Onion cut into Brunoise Shape and keep aside
2. Boil potatoes and mesh it.
3. Add all cut vegetable mix with meshed potatoes and add seasoning with salt and pepper.
4. If require corn flour for binding then add little bit.
5. Make small balls and fired these.
6. Now You prepare gravy for Manchurian Ball, First of all Take a fry pan add oil and hit.
7. Add Onion and other vegetables and saute
8. Add a little slurry ( water with equal quantity of whole flour and corn flour)
9. Add vinegar, soya sauce, sweet chilli sauce, green chilli sauce and little tomato ketchup.
10. According to requirement water is added into gravy.
