CHOCOLATE DOUGHNUTS RECIPE
INGREDIENT QUANTITY
1. FLOUR 100 gm
2. MILK 20 ml
3. SUGAR 20 gm
4. BAKING POWDER 1 tsp
5. EGG 1/4
6. YEAST 5 gm
7. SALT a pinch
8. WATER as required
METHOD
1. PUT FLOUR AND SIEVE THREE TIME AND ADD A PINCH SALT AND BAKING POWDER.
2. TAKE HOT WATER AND ADD YEAST AFTER BREAKING IN SMALL PART WHICH INCREASE SURFACE AREA AND YEAST FASTLY ACTIVATE.
