- Flour
- Butter
- Milk
- Onion studded with bay leaf and clove
- Seasoning
- Method:
- Boil milk with cloute (onion studded with bay leaf and clove).
- Strain milk and keep for cool.
- Melt butter in thick bottom pan and add equal quantity of flour, this mixture called roux. cook it on the gentle fire without colouring till it get a sandy texture.
- Pour the cold milk into the roux stirring with a wooden spoon to avoid lumps.
- Gentle cook for around one to one & one half and remove the studded onion .
